May 17-31: Aix-en-Provence. Visitors: Mary & Christopher; Jenafer, Nano, & Marty.
May 31: rail travel, Aix-en-Provence to Lyon.
May 31-June 8: Lyon. Visitors: Vic & Candie.
June 8: rail travel, Lyon to Paris.
June 8-19: Paris. Visitor: Sam.
June 19: air travel, Paris to Birmingham.
