Abe left out one very important thing from our Lyon visit. On the night we visited L'Ouest, Abe and I had our first encounter with the Dyson Airblade. That's right, the genius behind those expensive vacuum cleaners that their owners swear by is now producing the "perfect" hand dryer. The restrooms of the restaurant had them installed and they are awesome. We considered returning the next day and demanding to be allowed to wash our hands. How sad I shall be the next time I encounter a regular old hand dryer or... gulp... a paper towel dispenser.
